We are a multi award winning company with a reputation for providing excellent customer service, seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our busy Thame based team.
This role primarily involves taking incoming calls from customers and assisting in an appropriate manner.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for all enquiries, checking and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner, assisting with administration tasks using the bespoke customer system; this will involve some data entry and report preparation at a basic level.
This role would suit a self-motivated and disciplined individual who can reliably work unsupervised to deadlines. You should cope well under pressure and be able to maintain attention to detail, with a high level of professionalism and a can-do attitude.
GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above
Experience working in service, retail or hospitality
A desire to progress your career in a fast-paced customer service call centre environment
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an outstanding telephone manner
This is a full-time role of 38.5 hours a week with varying shift patterns
There are also weekend and Bank Holiday shifts available for candidates who want to earn overtime or time Time Off In Lieu

Technical Roles – Software Engineering & Infrastructure (All Levels)

To succeed we need smart people; highly motivated, and creative software engineers who are passionate about delivering quality software.
- We do agile, and we’re constantly improving the way we do it.
- We like full stack developers but there’s also a place for specialists.
- Of course, you will be a great problem solver with strong coding skills and a good understanding of OOD; an awareness of design patterns and SOLID design principles too.
- Ideally you will also have an appreciation for secure coding techniques, potential vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
Senior Software Engineers
(£45k – £55k*)
An experienced .NET developer, either currently working at senior level or looking to progress.
(£35k – £45k*)
A solid .NET developer with a minimum of three years industry experience.
Junior / Graduate Software Engineers
(£25k – £35k*)
Ideally a degree in computer science, software engineering or other numerate discipline. We offer great mentoring and training with good access to experienced senior developers and plenty of opportunities to get your hands dirty as early as possible.
